I have split this section into 2 subsections.

The older GPS and Basecamp Section which deals with my experiences with the older Garmin Basecamp software and Garmin or BMW Navigator devices, and the more up to date Navigation Apps and my more recent experiences with the MRA App and phone mirroring devices such as Chigee. 

Many still prefer the old Basecamp software and yes, it does have a lot to offer especially if you are used to it.

The BMW Navigator hardware was designed to work perfectly with the ''wizziewheel'' on a BMW, however I do like to ride with music and subscribe to Spotify. Also sometimes I need to make calls so having Carplay on the bike is for me important. This is why I have moved over to the App and phone system. 

Its all personal choice and I hope the two tabs right give you some information for you to make the chioces yourself.
